How do I deposit funds?

To deposit funds into your Regular or ISA accounts you need to transfer funds via bank transfer. The money must be deposited from a bank account that has been verified by us. It is crucial that you enter the correct reference code which can be found in your account.

Please note

You will only be able to deposit funds into your account if you have passed our AML and bank verification checks.

How do I set up a standing order?

You can set up a standing order, using the same steps as a bank transfer. Most banks allow you to choose amounts and frequencies to suit your needs. It is crucial that you enter the correct reference code which can be found in your account.

Please note

A standing order is an instruction from you to your bank and not an instruction Assetz Exchange can control or influence.

How long does it take for the funds to arrive?

Deposits of £5,000 or lower are allocated at intervals throughout the day. Larger amounts face additional AML checks and can take up to one working day to be allocated.

Can I deposit from any bank account?

We can only accept funds deposited from bank accounts we have verified. We do not accept payments by cheque or cash paid over the counter at a bank.

Can I deposit with a debit card?

No. We only accept funds transferred via bank transfer from verified bank accounts.

Where are my deposited funds held?

Funds are held in a client money account in accordance with FCA rules, segregating investor’s funds from Assetz Exchange’s corporate bank account.

Can I see my pending deposits?

You cannot currently see your pending deposits. However, if you email helpdesk@assetzexchange.co.uk we may be able to update you on the progress of your deposit.
