How to use

Simply select the amount you intend to save, for how long, and your anticipated net rental yield and annual capital growth from your property investments. Please bear in mind that growth rates can vary and the below is merely a guide to how your investments can grow in the future.

Assumptions

No income tax on returns (investments are either held in a tax free wrapper such as an ISA, the investor uses a tax allowance or does not pay income tax).

All rental payments are reinvested in an investment giving the same return (this may not always be possible). Assetz Exchange does not offer an automatic reinvestment.

Rental payments increase inline with capital growth (as a proxy for inflation).

Capital growth is expressed as an annual rate and is the same rate every year.

The one off lump sum is paid once and upfront.
